Fix AI is free to play. Payments on this site are voluntary contributions that help cover the cost of running the service, including AI API usage.
One-time contributions are non-refundable. If you made a payment in error or experienced a technical issue during checkout, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case.
Monthly contributions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your email address and we will process the cancellation promptly.
If a duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount. Contact us with your payment details and we will resolve it within 5 business days.
